Registration Process
Upon receiving your application, within 3 business days, we will send:

An application form, which must be completed, signed by an authorized company representative, and returned to e-learning@reskel.cz
After the invoice is paid and we receive the completed application form along with proof of electrical education, we will provide you with login credentials for the iTESTER.cz application.
Training and Examination Structure
The training and examination consist of two parts:
1. Self-Study (Online Preparation)

Information about self-study

Review of basic concepts

First aid and firefighting for electrical equipment

Electrical legislation – laws, government regulations, decrees

Electrical standards – ČSN and EN
-
Inspection of protective devices – basics of measurement
-
Explanation of when to perform inspection of protective devices and when a revision is required

Questions for the test and oral examination
Final Test: Must be completed before the test's expiration date. Successful completion entitles you to participate in the final oral examination.
2. Online Oral Examination
A link to the online oral examination will be sent no later than 3 business days before the scheduled date.

Required Documentation

Valid identification document

Completed and signed application form (signed by a company representative – sent along with the invoice)

Proof of electrical qualification or professional certification in the electrical field:
-
a) Simple copy of a diploma or certificate of completed education (e.g., apprenticeship certificate, high school diploma, university degree). If obtained outside the Czech Republic, official recognition of foreign education (nostrification) is required.

b) Simple copy of a certificate from the National Qualifications Framework (NSK) for the relevant electrical qualification.

c) For employees of scientific, research, or development institutions with a university degree who passed exams in electrical engineering, electronics, or physics; and teachers using electrical equipment under voltage – provide the original and a simple copy of university diplomas.

Proof of professional experience – declared in the application form

Operational and safety procedures (MPBP) and Risk Assessment Summary, or confirmation of training completed in accordance with §9(6) of Government Decree No. 194/2022 Coll. – to be included with the application form

Important: If the required documents under points 1–3 are not submitted by the expiration date of the final test or if the test is not successfully completed (minimum 80% correct answers), a rescheduling fee of CZK 500 will apply.
